Responsibilities

  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
  • Manage reservations, room allocations
  • Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
  • Conduct room checks prior guest arrival
  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
  • Provide information about our the centre rules and amenities
  • Respond to guests complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
  • Liaise with our maintenance staff to ensure all rooms are up to standard to accommodate guests’ needs
  • Confirm group reservations and arrange transfers
  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
  • Assist with pantry & kitchen stock take, consumable and general housekeeping management.

Requirements

  • Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
  • Experience booking transfers, organising rooms attributions
  • Customer service attitude
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Degree in hotel management is a plus
