Receptionist Our client is a proficient provider of Recruitment and related services across all industries and business sectors. They have an opportunity available for a reception, with suitable experience and skills.


  • Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (not negotiable).
  • Placement Partner knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Computer literate: MS Word and Excel proficient.
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience within the manufacturing / Recruitment industry.
  • Energetic, proactive, and able to take initiative.
  • Must be able to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.


  • Greeting clients and candidates at the front desk.
  • Answering and transferring calls.
  • Taking messages and making notes when necessary.
  • Assisting with office admin such as maintaining files, records, printing, and scanning.
  • Preparing necessary interview documents for recruiters.
  • Capturing data and compiling documents.
  • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety and COVID-19 protocols, policies, and procedures.
